Three ways to work together

You see work before you pay for it.

That's the rule all three doors share. A free grid on the feed, a working slice on the department, a written scope on a launch.

The feed

rate set in onboarding

See your first grid, then start with a human.

Share your website or Instagram. We build the first grid from what is already public. If you want to continue, we do a short human onboarding before payment to confirm your source material, approval rhythm, and starting cadence. Instagram connection and extra photos happen with us by email for now. No build fee, no contract, cancel anytime.

  • A first grid built from your public presence, free
  • Human onboarding before payment
  • Posts-per-week and approval rhythm set together
  • Instagram and extra-photo handoff by email for now
  • The monthly rate agreed in that conversation, not before it
  • A payment link only after the setup is confirmed

Cancel anytime. You keep every file delivered before cancellation. Your Instagram account and photos stay yours.

The department

no build fee

For ongoing work, I build first.

We start with a short conversation and a written scope. Then I build the first working slice before monthly billing begins - you judge running work, not a proposal. The monthly rate, the review date, and what triggers a change in rate are written down before the first invoice.

  • A written scope before any money moves
  • The first working slice, built before billing
  • A flat monthly rate with a named review date
  • The rate grows with results, on triggers we both signed

This is how both current clients started. The monthly number depends on the shape of the work - that part is a conversation.

The launch

scoped, fixed

A deadline is a different animal.

A product launch is a fixed project, not a monthly tier. The written scope names the deadline, the surfaces (positioning, page, email, social), what you supply, what I own, the review rounds, the fee, and the payment dates - before work starts.

  • One deadline, named in the scope
  • Every surface and owner listed
  • A fixed fee with payment milestones
  • Weekly working reviews until it ships

Launches are scoped by deadline, surfaces, and how much of the work I own.

The feed starts with a human who reads the room.

Before payment, we confirm the source material, posts per week, approval rhythm, and what a fresh grid should answer. Those settings travel with the next feed run. Instagram connection and extra-photo handoff stay on email for now.

If none of the three doors fits, the page did its job - say so and we'll both save an hour.
